You will begin with a comprehensive Health and Fitness Assessment. We want and need to learn about your medical and health history, exercise activity, eating habits, lifestyle, and your goals – what you are focused on achieving. We review your profile, discuss the assessment with you and prepare for your initial consultation that will last for 60 minutes. During this first consultation, we measure your fitness level, discuss your personal fitness program in detail, and conduct the first exercise session.



We design dynamic programs – they vary day to day and week to week – that are actually fun, produce sustaining results, and conveniently fit within each client’s weekly schedule. We will come to you or you can train at our private workout facility and Pilates studio. Our exercise sessions are customized but always include a warm-up and stretching.

Our Studio is equipped with a state-of-the art Stott Pilates Rehab Reformer, Mve Fitness chair and with virtually all the auxiliary equipment required for a total mind-body workout experience.

We do several other things extremely well. Once we learn your objectives and define a scope of work, we establish a fair consulting fee (based on our hourly rate $85.00) and can provide the following additional services.

Cancellation and Payment Policy

We require a minimum 24 hour advance notice via email or voice mail (954.732.0137) to cancel a scheduled session. If less than the 24 hour notice is given, the retainer fee (the value of one session) will be applied to the missed session and a new retainer will be collected at the start of the next session. The retainer fee is set and collected during the initial Health & Fitness Consultation and will be applied to the final session. Payments are due in full on the day of the service.
