The Exercist Boot Camp provides the intensity of a personal training session with the motivation from a group environment. Boot Camps are always varied and they incorporate functional conditioning. Regardless of your fitness level, emphasis is placed on exercising safely, having fun, and completing the challenge.

 

 

Each Boot Camp session includes a combination of aerobic exercise and resistance training. This program is customized to meet the needs of all attendees. Sample drills include challenges using running, plyometrics, balance, and strength. Drills may also include the use of steps, balls, bands or other toys.

This is a focused and relentless hour of total conditioning. In addition to running, you will be using resistance equipment to strengthen and tone muscles and perform extensive abdominal work to strengthen your core. Our Boot Camps start every 6 weeks on either the Fort Lauderdale or Pompano Beach ocean fronts or county parks strategically located in Broward and Southern Palm Beach Counties. Each camp meets on Saturday mornings for one hour for 4 weeks. Session size is limited to ensure adequate supervision and coaching. All participants of the program must be 18 years of age or older.
